- The difference between glass tac fuse and glass full fuse is that when glass under goes a tac fuse, the shape of the glass is still prominent, it's just now permanently connected to the surrounding pieces of glass. But when glass under goes a full fuse, the glass melts into one another to become one. - Since it was my first time cutting glass, the pieces were very basic including shapes of squares, triangle, circles, etc. The next step after cutting the glass was to clean the glass then layer the pieces on top of each other to create a design. After the design was made, the glass would need to stay stationary when transporting to the kiln or staying in the kiln, so in order to achieve this, small amounts of glue would be placed under the glass to mate them together. After everything is all set, the pieces are sent into the kiln to fuse together and based on whether a tac fuse or full fuse is desired, the kiln is set to a lower temperature (tac) or a higher temperature (full). And at the end the pieces are glued onto magnets, pins, or paper clips to be used.
